Swanson & Bratschun, L.L.C., forming Jondle Plant Science Division - Worldwide

Jondle & Associates, P.C. (J&A), a Castle Rock,
Colorado based legal team with a robust plant sciences background and over 30
years legal expertise in plant genetics, plant breeding, biotechnology and
molecular biology — including plant protection, patent and trademark matters—has
merged with Swanson & Bratschun, L.L.C.
(S&B) featuring one the premiere life-sciences patent practices in the nation.
This merger creates the "Jondle Plant Sciences Division" —a new division within
S&B focusing solely on plant science legal work.
Robert Jondle Ph.D., Esq. has been named Partner and Head of the Jondle Plant
Sciences Division of S&B. Dr. Jondle has built an outstanding reputation in
worldwide plant protection matters. “My relationship with Swanson dates back to
